1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and Panglima77 (the "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at panglima77.cam and all associated services, games, products, and promotional content made available thereon.

By creating an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager on the Panglima77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Panglima77 platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an account and use the Panglima77 platform, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during the subsistence of their account:

Users who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and all funds recovered.

• The User must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a current employee of Panglima77 or any affiliated entity.

• The User must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false or misleading personal information is a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Panglima77 platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Panglima77 employs automated detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Panglima77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers and bonuses, and retain any funds derived from bonus abuse without prior notice.

4.2 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. Panglima77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Users must not disclose their login credentials to any third party. Panglima77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Panglima77 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, and proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent, dated within three months). Where additional verification is required — for example, proof of payment method ownership — Panglima77 will notify the User and the withdrawal will be held in pending status until verification is complete.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Panglima77 platform, Users agree to the following conditions of use:

• Users must use the Platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or professional gambling operation.
• Users must not use any software, tool, script, robot, spider, or automated system to interact with the Platform or to derive unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Users must not attempt to circumvent the Platform's security systems, encryption protocols, or access control mechanisms.

• Users must not access the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other tool designed to mask their true geographic location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Users acknowledge that all game outcomes on the Platform are generated by certified random number generation (RNG) systems and that the results of individual sessions cannot be predicted or influenced.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

Panglima77 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in the form of BTC and USDT (TRC-20). All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Panglima77 does not charge fees on standard deposit transactions; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees independently.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Panglima77 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin equivalents, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated for each individual promotion:

• All bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and above only.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and become available for withdrawal only after the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

8 Betting Rules

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the User. Panglima77 does not accept cancellation requests for wagers after they have been placed, except in circumstances where an obvious pricing error (palpable error) has occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, Panglima77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the User's account balance.

• Panglima77 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on Users at its sole discretion, including maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits per wager.
• All betting odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to the placement of a wager. The odds applicable at the moment the wager is confirmed are the odds that govern the payout calculation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Panglima77 platform. Panglima77 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement — in response to any prohibited conduct:

• Creating or operating duplicate accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or to place wagers.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any scheme to influence the outcome of an event on which a wager is placed.
• Engaging in coordinated betting or chip-dumping strategies in live casino games to exploit bonus conditions or to transfer funds between accounts.
• Attempting to deceive Panglima77 by providing false identity documents, falsified screenshots, or misleading information during KYC or any other verification process.
• Using the Platform to launder, conceal, or disguise the origins of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Panglima77 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

10 Suspension & Termination

Panglima77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where Panglima77 has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Where the User has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Where the User has been found to hold duplicate accounts on the Platform.
• Where Panglima77 is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory instruction.
• Where the User has requested voluntary self-exclusion under Panglima77's Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Where Panglima77 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account represents an unacceptable legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Company.

In the event of account termination not arising from a User's breach of these Terms, Panglima77 will return any verified real-money balance to the User via the payment method on record, less any applicable deductions. In the event of termination arising from a User's breach, Panglima77 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money funds, where such funds are determined to be proceeds of prohibited conduct.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Panglima77, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with a User's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform arising from technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond Panglima77's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a User's account where such access resulted from the User's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any loss arising from a User's reliance on information, odds, statistics, or analysis provided on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice.

The Platform and all gaming content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Panglima77's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

Panglima77 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Users. The following provisions form part of these Terms and reflect our obligations as a licensed operator:

14 Amendments to These Terms

Panglima77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Users' rights or obligations — Panglima77 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address of active account holders.

The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of the revised Terms document. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept an amendment are entitled to close their account and withdraw any available balance within the notice period.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Panglima77 holds its gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is stated in the licensing documentation provided to Users upon request.

In the event of a dispute between a User and Panglima77 arising from these Terms or from any gaming activity on the Platform, the User should first contact Panglima77 customer support to attempt an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by Panglima77's licensing authority.

Users who remain dissatisfied following the formal dispute resolution process retain their right to pursue remedies available to them under applicable consumer protection legislation in their country of residence.
